Rich Miller
Rich, a veteran of Silicon Valley, has co-founded a series of IT related companies including InfoMedia Corporation and Rapport Communications and was EVP at General Magic, Inc. He is currently the president and CEO of Breo Ventures, an IT consultancy and venture accelerator located in Palo Alto. Rich has been a principal investor in and advisor to many successful early stage companies including Phone.com, WebTV, PostX, OmniSky, InStill and Diffusion. Rich has served on numerous boards and is actively advising and investing in early stage IT and Web opportunities.

Curt Spilburg
Curt co-founded CV Therapeutics (CVTX), a successful bio-pharmaceutical company dedicated to developing products for the treatment of cardiovascular disease. He is currently the president of Lifeline Technologies, Inc., a Shoreline portfolio company, which has patented a method for the reduction of dietary cholesterol absorption. Curt received his technical training at Northwestern and Harvard University and has held senior positions at Monsanto Corp. and at Washington University in St. Louis.

Mark Boyer
Mark is a founder and principal of ROI Partners, an investment advisory firm based in Larkspur, CA. From 1988 to 1991, he was a general partner and portfolio manager at Volpe Welty & Co. in San Francisco. From 1982 to 1988, Mark was an analyst and technology fund manager with Fidelity Management Research, Inc. in Boston. He received his BA in finance, accounting and computer science from American University and his MBA in finance and accounting from Columbia University.

Neil Bond
Neil was the fourth general partner to join New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and represented the firm for thirteen years, from 1982 to 1995, where he focused on investing in early stage healthcare, specialty retail and technology companies. During that time, NEA grew to be one of the largest and most active venture capital organizations in the US. Prior to joining NEA, Neil was with T. Rowe Price Associates for 20 years where he served as a member of the board of directors, president of the Growth Stock Fund, head of investment strategy, and was involved in managing the New Era and New Horizons funds. He serves on a number of public and private boards and is a member of the advisory board of the Princeton School of Engineering. Neil received his degree in electrical engineering from Princeton.

Ben Quinones
Ben is a partner with Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP where he specializes in serving the legal needs of high growth, technology start-ups. He has provided companies with organization and venture financing assistance, counseling regarding business and revenue models and corporate and securities guidance. Ben is a member of the American Bar Association's Science and Technology Section. He serves as a director or advisor for numerous private companies. Ben received his J.D. from Stanford University School of Law and his B.A. from Yale University.
